Up, Back, Through, Switch

Improved ability to play and receive passes of different weight and length.

Set up with mannequins, mirrored for clarity. Black and green start simultaneously. Players follow the passing sequence with up, back, and through movements, switching at each end. The switch receiver attacks the goal to finish. Pass progression: A to B, B to A, A to C, C to B, B to D E to F, F to E, E to G, G to F, F to H Punch the first two passes with speed, set back softly, and switch sharply. Vary tempo. Use the set touch to draw defenders and the through touch to exploit them. Always move into passes with momentum—never static.
