• Goalkeeper starts the game. • The attacking team (blacks) need to drive through the gates for points. • The defending team (blues) need to win the ball and score in the big goals. • Example points scoring methods are labelled next to the cones in the diagram but you may want to switch these around. • As soon as the ball is dead, the game is restarted quickly from the goalkeeper. • To make the exercise a bit easier, use the retreat line to let the black team play the first pass. • After 5 minutes, you should swap the teams around. • You should make sure that players know what disguise is and are putting disguise on everything they are doing (skills, passes, receiving, etc.). • To progress the practice, use mini goals instead of gates to work on seeing the early pass and to practice executing it.
